Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
Consequitur is a service of Quantcha, Inc. The Quantcha Terms of Service apply to your use of Consequitur and are incorporated here by reference. The supplemental terms below govern Consequitur specifically and control in the event of a conflict.
Your estimates
Estimates you submit become part of Consequitur's aggregate analytics—that is what the product does. By submitting an estimate, you agree that Quantcha may retain it and combine it with others' estimates to compute, display, and distribute aggregate measures (such as consensus sensitivities), including within Quantcha's products and data services. Individual estimates are never published or attributed to you without your consent. Estimates are submitted voluntarily and without expectation of compensation, are not investment advice, and create no advisory or fiduciary relationship. You represent that your estimates are your own analytical opinions and are not submitted using confidential information of any third party.
Analytics, not advice
Consequitur presents model-derived and user-derived estimates of event probabilities and the conditional relationships between events, including AI-generated estimates and projections. All such values are informational analytics: they are hypothetical in nature, are not guaranteed for accuracy or completeness, do not reflect or predict actual outcomes, and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation regarding any security, event contract, or transaction. Event contracts and related instruments involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Beta service
Consequitur is offered as a beta. Features may change, and the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Your estimates and related data may be reset or removed as part of beta operations.
